For purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR) and UK GDPR:

• When providing services to healthcare providers, 2Care AI Inc acts solely as a Data Processor.

• The healthcare provider using the Service acts as the Data Controller.

If you are a patient contacting a clinic that uses our Voice AI system, the clinic determines how and why your personal data is processed.

2Care AI Inc does not determine clinical purposes of processing.

2. SCOPE OF THIS POLICY

This Policy applies to:

• Voice calls handled by the AI receptionist

• Call recordings (where enabled)

• Transcriptions and summaries

• Appointment scheduling data
